Back to Normal?

I feel like I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off for, oh, about 8 months or so. We finally... FINALLY got our old house sold, and got our little farm purchased. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful little 3 1/2 acre property. We miss our 115 year old house... she was a charmer for sure... but we're so excited for our new adventures!

Our little farm has some great places to shoot (this awesome session is NOT at my new place... I'm just playing catch up with my fun October families) and I've already had 3 sessions here! I can't wait to see what spring is like here, and to enjoy the leaves that we got to see when we first looked at it. We have about a million trees, give or take a few. ;)

So, anyway... hopefully I will be a little bit easier to get in touch with, I'll answer calls and emails better, and I'll be able to focus more of my efforts back into photography. I've been wanting to get my winter photography classes re-vamped (I have some really fun ideas... I'm so excited for this year's classes!!), my online photoshop class updated (I'm working on a slightly different format... I think it's going to combine what was best about my old classes with some even better stuff), and, of course, have fun with all these fabulous people I get to take pictures of!

It is so good to finally feel a little bit settled! I'm ready to get back into real life, and get past the real estate crapola. I hope to never ever ever move again.

Enjoy the rest of the photos of this oh-so-awesome family!! We had a ton of fun shooting... as you can see. ;)
